Varicose Vein Treatment and Spider Vein Treatment
We specialize in the non-surgical removal of varicose veins, spider veins, broken capillaries on the face, hand veins and other vascular blemishes using sclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy, and endovenous laser, EVLT®. Sclerotherapy is an injection-based therapy, and requires a series of treatments.
The technique of sclerotherapy involves the injection of a sclerosing solution into the affected veins. When done correctly the varicose and spider veins disappear after passing through a brief phase of inflammation and possible bruising. EVLT® (endovenous laser treatment) and ClosureFast® (endovenous radiofrequency ablation) are varicose vein treatments used to eradicate larger bulging veins and are simple office-based procedures performed under local anesthetic. They are minimally invasive with minimal risk.
